Jesus Amezcua has been the Department’s Assistant Superintendent for Business Services since 2008 and he oversees the financial management, investment management, debt management, procurement, compliance, tax collections, accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll departments in the Business Services Division. Under his leadership, the Department provides school finance consulting services to ISDs and charter schools.
