Ian Robbins is Vice President for Strategic Sourcing & Contract Management for E&I Cooperative Services, and long-time leader, innovator, and change agent within the public and private sectors. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point serving over 14 years in the US Army in a variety of leadership roles. Ian also served as the Chief Procurement Officer at the University of Montana and Florida State University and now leads the strategic sourcing and contract management operations for E&I.
