Ann Peshoff is the executive director of the Universal Public Procurement Certification Council. Ann has nearly 20 years of experience in the development and management of professional credentialing programs. Ann is certified as a Certified Association Executive and is an active member of the Institute for Credentialing Excellence (ICE) and the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE).
