Norma has retired with 44 years’ experience in Procurement with the State of South Carolina. During her career she was President of the local NIGP Chapter in SC; President of NIGP; and an active member in NASPO. She was on the Steering Committee for implementing Procurement U and has been active in professional development with NASPO. Norma was a contributor to the second and third editions of the State and Local Government – Practical Guide. She was also instrumental with the implementation of the LEAP educational curriculum with NIGP. She was Chair of the UPPCC for six years. She recently was honored as NASPO’s 2019 Mazzone Award recipient Professional Development is her passion.
