Tessa has been employed with Multnomah County, Department of County Management for the last 6 years, where she currently holds the position of Procurement Analyst Senior in the Central Purchasing Division. Prior to this, she held the position of Office Assistant Senior and Procurement Analyst for Multnomah County. Tessa worked as a contracted employee for the General Services Administration (GSA) for 8 years providing procurement and contract services for Federal buildings. Tessa’s background also includes co-owning a family construction company. Tessa serves on the Membership Committee for the Oregon Public Purchasing Association (OPPA) and is the Marketing Committee Chair for the Columbia Chapter of NIGP.
