Kenneth W. Sam is a native of Texas City, Texas. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration. He currently serves as a Division Manager with the Municipal Courts Department for the City of Houston. Prior to joining the City of Houston, Kenneth was a member of the management team for the water department with the City of Fort Worth. Prior to transitioning to municipal service, he lead teams with Fortune 500 companies (Allstate Insurance, Capital One Bank, Sprint Communications and Ford Motor Credit).
