Mike Guerra has 31 years of construction and facility operations experience. He spent 15 years as the Construction Coordinator for Miami-Dade County Public Schools, where he oversaw the management, construction and renovation of K-12 schools and their leased facilities across the county. Afterward, Mike took an account manager position for Gordian, overseeing Job Order Contracting projects throughout the state of Florida. Mike was promoted to Territory Manager, and now serves as the Regional Director for the entire Gulf Coast area. Mike has worked alongside Joe for several projects in the Tampa area
