Annie Teav is the Functional Lead for eProcurement and ERP systems at Multnomah County. Previously, she served as Strategic Sourcing Contracts Administrator for the County, where she managed contracts that saved the County money, reduced administrative costs, and supported the County's goal of achieving 35% Minority-owned, Woman-owned, or Emerging Small Business (MWESB) subcontractors. As former co-lead of the National Institute for Government Purchasing (NIGP) Columbia Chapter's Intergovernmental Cooperative Purchasing (ICP) group, Annie has helped dozens of buyers in the region collaborate on public purchasing. She also initiated the Columbia Chapter's pilot with CoProcure to co-develop tools that make it easier for government buyers to collaborate on procurement. A Portland native, she holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from Portland State University and volunteers with several civic organizations in the Portland metro community. Outside of her professional involvement, Annie enjoys hanging out with her 3 young children (all under 6!) with her husband and "the village;” finding that to be her most challenging but greatest work.
