Nury Alers

For the past 20 years, Nury Alers has been researching and designing custom learning content for various organizations. She is currently a Learning and Development Manager at Loews Hotel at Universal Studios. Nury has also worked for Florida Virtual School as a Learning Specialist and served as Associate Superintendent of Education in the Florida Conference. While with the Florida Conference, she led the Small School online program titled One-to-One. As a volunteer for various committees with the Southern Union and NAD, she has brought forth new and innovative ideas for learning and development. She specializes in helping educators and organizations transition from face-to-face to virtual spaces. Nury's ability to leverage technology for the learner experience has allowed her to help leaders improve processes and support student development.
