I had the pleasure of presenting at the 2019 NAFCC Conference about Lesson Planning for Mixed Ages, in both English and Spanish sessions. It was a great experience and I got lots of amazing feedback from the participants.
My experience includes 15 years in the field of early care and education, working with both providers and parent education. I currently focus on Ohio's Quality Rating System, Step Up to Quality, and supporting FCC programs prepare for and maintain the quality initiatives that are required. I also teach professional development classes and CDA classes regularly.
