Thröstur Björgvinsson, Ph.D., ABPP, is an associate professor at Harvard Medical School, director of the Behavioral Health Partial Hospital Program at McLean Hospital, the co-director of psychology training at McLean Hospital / Harvard Medical School, and the founder of the McLean OCD Institute // Houston (formerly Houston OCD Program). He has published over 100 scholarly articles and given over 400 presentations and workshops nationally and internationally on anxiety, OCD and depression.
