Joy is the founder and executive director of 2020 Mom, a non-profit whose mission is to close gaps in maternal mental health care. She also has worked nearly 25 years for a Fortune 50 health insurer in the quality and compliance departments. Joy is known for driving innovation in maternal and mental health, and received several awards including the American Public Health Association’s Maternal Child Health Leadership and Advocacy Award, and US Office of Women's Health "Emerging Leader" award.
