Dr. Carroll is a clinical psychologist at the New Orleans V.A. After earning her Psy.D. from the Florida Institute of Technology, she became the Clinical Director and later Executive Director of Region One Mental Health Center in rural Mississippi. In 2007, she was elected President of the Mississippi Psychological Association. Dr. Carroll's clinical interests include treating veterans with PTSD, OCD, and other anxiety disorders, rural mental health, and decreasing stigma.
