Lindsey Fraser, BSN, RN

For the first time in my life, I feel what it feels like to be free, free from the chains of OCD. My recovery from OCD has not been linear and it has not been easy. One thing that keeps me going when times get tough is the understanding that I get to choose my path because I am in charge, not OCD. I live my life according to my values and invite my obsessions to come along for the ride as I accomplish my goals. I wish you strength, success, and determination in your recovery. - Lindsey Fraser.
