Jamilah is a graduate of the University of Michigan and Yale University and is now pursuing a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at the University of Connecticut. Her research interests include OCD (specifically contamination and scrupulosity), PTSD, and the neurological underpinnings of these disorders. Jamilah's passion for social justice and equality fuels her work with socially disenfranchised groups, including women, people of color, impoverished communities, and the intersections therein.
