Dr. Greenberg has led adult OCD research at NIMH, where he performed the first TMS study in OCD. At Butler Hospital (BH), he focused on invasive neurosurgeries (ablation, DBS), leading the first US OCD DBS multicenter study, & continuing in the BH OCD Neurosurgery Program. He currently leads research centers in neurotechnology (Providence VA) and on noninvasive brain stimulation (BH). As a clinical psychiatrist, he has treated OCD for thirty years, and formerly led BH outpatient services.
