Mindset Family Therapy
Allyson is a clinical social worker at Mindset Family Therapy in Provo, Utah, where she is currently working after many years in community mental health. She has extensive training and experience in trauma work, including TF-CBT (Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and EMDR. She is passionate about raising awareness for PMADs (Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders), including perinatal OCD and anxiety, and has completed advanced training from Postpartum Support International.
