Erik Saradpon, represented by MSA Agency, is the Founder of professional dance company, FORMALITY, and Director of Hip Hop at Temecula Dance Company. He has taught for Dancerpalooza, The Pulse, 2 Days in OC, Broadway Dance Center, Pineapple Studios, and Dance Teacher Summit. He has assisted Tessandra Chavez, Brian Friedman, Tricia Miranda, Tyce Diorio and Liz Imperio on projects and was a contributing choreographer for shows on NBC, FOX and Lifetime. His recent achievements include 2nd runner up at Capezio ACE Awards and 2nd place at Palm Desert Choreography Festival. Other awards include Best Performance & Best Hip Hop at Industry Dance Awards, the Debbie Allen Choreography Award, and a feature in Dance Teacher Magazine and Dance Studio Life Magazine. He is also the Executive Producer of Platform Choreography Showcase, Urban Legends Workshop, and Illskillz Dance Intensive.
During the summer, Erik travels across the country teaching at conventions, facilitating teacher training and setting choreography for studios. Of all his achievements, he is most proud of training a multitude of his dancers to pursue professional dance careers. His alumni have worked on world tours & live performances for Ariana Grande, Taylor Swift, Janet Jackson, Missy Elliott, Jennifer Lopez, Lady Gaga, and Chris Brown.
