Heather Wanner is currently the Owner and Director of Shoreline Dance Academy which she opened 16 years ago. Located in Ocean Grove New Jersey, Shoreline Dance Academy trains dancers ages 3 to adult under a team of 12 faculty members.  Shoreline Dance Academy cultivates an environment where students and faculty feel that they are an important part of the dance school community and that Shoreline is a place they can call home. She believes this positive vibe is crafted through daily interactions and activities that foster a sense of inclusiveness which ultimately has grown her school significantly.  The power of a positive school culture is crucial for the success of the business and the well being of the student body, and she is honored to share her passion at Rhee Gold’s Dance Life Teacher Conference!
