Pam Simpson

Pam Simpson is the founder, president, and driving force behind Forte Arts Center, which was established in Morris, Illinois in 1993. In addition to building her business from a small, one room studio to a large, multi-location organization with 14 classrooms that offers dance and tumbling instruction as well as private music lessons and a competitive cheer program, Pam is a leading force in the realm of small business ownership and in the dance and tumbling industries as she travels all over the country speaking to and educating for large organizations such as Rhee Gold Company, Dance Teacher Summit, and More Than Just Great Dancing. She is a renowned speaker at the Dance Life Teacher Conference, Dance Life Retreat Center and at the Dance Forum. In 2019 She will also be speaking at The Dance Teacher Summit. She has served as a regional and national adjudicator for many different dance competitions for nearly thirty years. Pam is an entrepreneur who loves sharing her gifts, talents, and experience with others. In the last couple of years, she has focused her passions on Tumbling Effect, which specializes in training and certifying tumbling teachers and assistants through live events and digital products, with a mission to regulate tumbling safety and skills in the United States and across the globe. When not working on her businesses, Pam enjoys spending time with her family and visiting her daughter, who is a performer at Walt Disney World.
