Patrick Morgan has worked in the field of international health, safety, and security at the University of Michigan since 2011, and chairs U-M's International Travel Oversight Committee. Among other responsibilities at U-M, Patrick manages the higher risk travel review process, provides emergency support for all U-M travelers abroad, and creates resources and systems that over 30 international education units use to prepare students and program leaders for international travel. Patrick has served as the Vice Chair of the Overseas Security Advisory Council’s (OSAC) Academic Working Group and is currently a Technical Advisor.
