Todd Holmes is Program Manager for International Safety and Security at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, which he joined in June 2015. At MIT Todd coordinates the International Emergency Team, maintains the Travel Risk Policy and is working to develop an institute-wide travel registry as well as advises students, program managers, staff and faculty on travel safety risk and mitigation.
