Rachel Pritchard, MPH has been in leading and championing the work of early childhood systems building and family and community engagement for almost 15 years holding a variety of positions at the local, regional, and state level. She is currently the Great Start Programs Specialist for the Michigan Department of Education overseeing the 54 Great Start Collaboratives and 61 Parent Coalitions and is the Michigan state lead for Talking is Teaching.
