Michael Houde is a DoDIN APL SME and has spent more than a decade working in various capacities to support the DoDIN APL process. Currently he is the Program Manager for the contract team that staffs the Approved Products Certification Offices (APCO). Michael is dedicated to helping product vendors better understand how they can support the warfighter of today.
