Rock Booze has over 25 years of military expertise and experience in Cyber, Network Operations, and Telecommunications Systems Engineering while serving as a US Army Officer. He has deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom 09’-10’ as the Joint Network Operations Control Center Engineer Branch Chief, Camp Victory, Iraq. He was responsible for the operation and maintenance of both the terrestrial and SATCOM communications networks for the Iraq Theater of Operations.
He has held several executive-level cyber and information technology jobs in the Department of Defense which include Assistant Chief of Staff, G3 for the 311th Theater Signal Command, Fort Shafter, HI and Cyber Plans Division Chief, Deputy Chief of Staff, G3, Cyber Directorate (DAMO Cyber), Pentagon.
Rock earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Tuskegee University, a M.S. in Information Systems with a concentration in Telecommunications Security from Hawaii Pacific University and a M.S. in National Security Studies from the National War College. He is also a member of AFCEA, AUSA and a life member of the Signal Corps Regimental Association.
