Alisa is the Northern California water practice leader at Environmental Science Associates. She oversees nearly 30 water specialists and is a project manager and compliance specialist for large-scale resource management and facilities projects. She has been with ESA for over 21 years and serves as an ESOP trustee. She has led some of ESA's largest and most complex projects and contracts, ensuring a high level of quality and meeting challenging deadlines and budgets.
