Todd Young is a partner in Chicago office of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP. He focuses his practice in the areas of financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and contract negotiation.
His practice includes a particular focus on representing lenders, trustees and plan sponsors in a variety of ESOP transactions.
Todd received his A.B. degree from Dartmouth College and his J.D. degree from the University of Chicago Law School, where he was an editor of the Law Review.
