Kevin Kolb currently serves as Senior Vice President in the Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP) Client Services group, focusing on managing client relationships and ESOP transactions.
Mr. Kolb joined GreatBanc Trust Company in 2006. He began his ESOP career in 2000 as an officer with the ESOP Trustee Services practice at LaSalle Bank N.A. Mr. Kolb’s extensive experience with ESOPs has included serving as the trustee’s representative in more than 100 transactions. His responsibilities have included the negotiation and structure of purchases and sales of both private and public companies by ESOPs.
