Steve leads Loop Capital's Financial Consulting Practice overseeing a team of 15 professionals. He has more than 35 years of valuation experience (e.g. acquisitions/divestitures, financial due diligence, ESOPs, tax planning, expert testimony). Steve previously led KPMG's Global Valuations Practice for eight years, with a team of 1,200 in 50 countries. For seven years through 2016, he also chaired the Standards Board of the IVSC, the leading global standard setter for the valuation profession.
