Joe is the Chief Executive Officer of The Motz Corporation in Cincinnati, Ohio. Armed with passion and an unstoppable entrepreneurial spirit, Joe started his own business in landscape maintenance and grounds care after graduating from The Ohio State University in 1977 with a Bachelor’s of Science in horticulture. Over the years the focus of the business evolved to specialized sports fields, which became the driving force of the corporation’s legacy. Joe’s philosophy of innovation, championship quality, and integrity has made The Motz Corporation one of the most respected turf firms in the world. In addition to horticulture, Joe has a passion for service.
