Meredith is an educational resource for leveraged ESOP transactions, helping internal and external partners understand the ESOP opportunity. She presents on a variety of ESOP topics at conferences and seminars across the country, in addition to the work she does with individual clients. She supports clients throughout their ESOP transaction and helps with structuring 1042 portfolios and securing qualified replacement properties (QRP). She is a member of both the NCEO and ESOP Assoc., and holds Series 7 and 66 registrations.
