Lance is a veteran ERISA fiduciary with a varied work history that includes ESOPs (both privately held and publicly traded), plan asset management, and prohibited transaction avoidance engagements. Lance received his JD from the University of Alabama School of Law, where he served as an editor of both the American Journal of Tax Policy and the Law & Psychology Review. He is a member of the ESOP Association and the NCEO and frequently speaks on ERISA and ESOP fiduciary issues.
