He manages the administration of over 525 ESOPs; consults with companies considering ESOP transactions; performs feasibility studies; consults on the termination and merger of ESOPs; forecasts the impact of new legislation on the compliance and operation of ESOPs; and coordinates and reviews repurchase liability studies.
