Curtis serves as executive vice president, general counsel, and corporate secretary of DCS Corporation, a government contractor providing advanced technology and management solutions to government agencies in the national security sector. Curtis advises management and the board of directors on matters including mergers and acquisitions, government contracts, litigation, bid protests, intellectual property, employment law and benefits, and corporate governance. In addition, Curtis is the company’s chief ethics and compliance officer and has overall responsibility for corporate security.
