Michael is a principal of Invictus Fiduciary Services (IFS) in Memphis, Tennessee. IFS serves the ESOP community by providing a variety of fiduciary services, including transactional ESOP trustee engagements and ongoing ESOP trustee appointments. Michael is licensed to practice law by the state of Tennessee and is a member of the National Center for Employee Ownership, the ESOP Association, the Ohio Employee Ownership Center, as well as the Tennessee Bar Association.
