Leah is an executive director in the ESOP Advisory Group at J.P. Morgan. Her role is to assist bankers and clients evaluate ESOP transactions and to understand ESOP-related issues throughout the lifecycle of an ESOP. Before J.P. Morgan, Leah was a consultant at Principal Financial where she focused on benefit level and repurchase liability studies. Prior to Principal, she worked as a senior associate with Duff & Phelps focusing on valuation-based opinions.
