Scott is the founding partner in the nationally recognized valuation firm ESI Equity. His partners recently acquired his ownership interest and he retired from the Company. He has combined over 35 years of ESOP expertise as the founder of ESI Equity and prior to that serving as VP Finance, Plan Trustee and Board member in a large (+450 employees) ESOP Company. As an independent professional he is pursuing Directorships in ESOP companies.
