He has extensive experience in accounting, information technology, and human resources. he is a CPA and a registered member of the LCPA , AICPA, and the Louisiana Financial Executives Group. While in his position, he has been involved in ChillCo' Inc.'s first and second stateg ESOP transactions, its S election, a refinancing transaction, a re-leverage and buyback transaction, and a DOL audit for the retirement and health plans.
