Chuck specializes in business valuations and transactional consulting services, including; business succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, and ESOP feasibility and transaction structuring. He received his MBA in Accounting from the University of Hartford. He holds a Senior Accredited Appraiser (“ASA”) designation from the American Society of Appraisers. He serves as the current Chair of the Valuation Advisory Committee of The ESOP Association and is a member of the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO).
