Lynn is a Partner at ESOP Law Group, LLP where she focuses her practice on all aspects of Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs), including the design, implementation, and operation of ESOPs. Her practice includes company, trustee, and shareholder representation in a wide variety of ESOP transactions, including leveraged buy-outs, corporate stock repurchases, ownership succession transactions, and corporate reorganizations.
Lynn received her law degree from Stanford Law School and she has over 25 years of employee benefits and ERISA.
