Greg is the ESOP Practice Leader at Harper Hofer & Assoc., LLC and Chairman of the Rocky Mountain Employee Ownership Center (RMEOC) . Greg spends his time building awareness of employee ownership by educating business owners, service providers, and government officials. Greg teaches continuing education courses for the the Colorado Bar Association, the Colorado Society of CPAs, and other groups. Greg's practice focuses on business valuation, ESOP feasibility, and other consulting services to existing and prospective EO companies.
