Catherine was a VP at Fresno First Bank, an employee owned company, and was also the CEO for Catholic Charities, previously. These, seemingly juxtaposed positions, drive her passionate advocacy for open-book management, financial literacy education and employee ownership because she has witnessed their transforming power, not only for businesses but for the individuals involved.
