Jason is a ownership culture director with ESOP Partners. Jason helps ESOP companies by developing a comprehensive Ownership Culture through proactive educational resources for all participants to improve their understanding of ESOPs' unique benefits.
He is a Chair and member of the ESOP Association Advisory Committee on Ownership Culture and Communications, Vice President of Membership for The ESOP Association's Wisconsin Chapter and of the Minnesota & Dakotas ESOP Chapter Membership Committee.
