Neil managed 175 ESOP transactions and 70 ongoing ESOPs while working for two institutional trustees from 2005 through April 2016. He began Ventura ESOP Fiduciary Services in July 2016, served as transactional trustee for 60 ESOPs, and has 80 ongoing clients. Neil is a director for the NCEO, a frequent national speaker on ESOP issues, and wrote chapters for several NCEO publications.
