Melanie is a marketing team leader with ESOP Partners. She is responsible for supporting the company’s strategic goals and mission of "changing lives through employee ownership" through the development and execution of internal and external marketing communications programs and campaigns.
Melanie has over 15 years of experience working in the marketing, communications and media fields. Prior to joining ESOP Partners, Melanie worked at Hypertherm, a large, 100% ESOP in New Hampshire, and served as Chair of the Ownership Team.
