Graduate Engineer / ISG
A Minnesota native, Amanda encompasses all that is “Minnesota Nice” while working as a Graduate Engineer for ISG. Amanda first became an Employee Owner when the firm transitioned into an ESOP in 2017. Today, Amanda is a member of ISG’s ESOP Committee and leads the Events Subcommittee. Amanda is natural leader that cultivates collaboration and promotes a communicative working environment by spanning 10 offices with 315+ multidisciplinary industry leaders and helps develop simplified solutions, encourage innovation, and ensure client satisfaction.
