Richard is the president and CEO of Performance Validation a 100% S-Corp ESOP. With Performance Validation, Richard has provided services to the pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing industries with positions of increasing responsibility for over 25 years. He obtained his PhD in Organizational Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University and his Dissertation topic examined Stewardship Governance within Professional Services ESOP Companies. Richard is also founder and current President/CEO of the Indiana Center for Employee Ownership.
