Mark Selby

Mr. Selby has over 20 years mining industry experience and has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of RNC since February 2014. He joined RNC as Senior Vice President, Business Development in 2010. Mr. Selby was previously Vice President, Business Planning & Market Research with Quadra Mining Inc. (‘‘Quadra’’). Prior to joining Quadra in 2008, Mr. Selby founded Selby & Co. in 2006 to provide consulting advice to mining companies, private equity and hedge fund clients on commodities and business issues. From 2001 until 2007, Mr. Selby held a series of senior roles with Inco Limited (“Inco”) culminating with his role as Assistant Vice President Strategic Planning and Corporate Development. Before joining Inco, he was a partner at Mercer Management Consulting from 1994 until 2001 where he consulted to clients in the transportation and resource sectors. Mr. Selby graduated from Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours). Mr. Selby is the Chairman of Orford Mining and a member of the Advisory Board of Cobalt 27 Capital Corp.
