Jason was born/raised and currently lives in the Bay Area, however he spent time in Southern California where he attended U.C. Riverside to play baseball and receive a degree in Business Administration. Jason has spent most of his career in procurement working for the California Water Service Company, Moscone Convention Center (SF), the City of San Mateo, and just recently started working in July 2020 for Valley Water in San Jose. Jason is currently the Vice President of NIGP's NorCal chapter, as their Board is currently working on bringing the chapter back to life. He was also the most recent Chair for the California Association of Public Procurement Officials (CAPPO) San Francisco Bay Area Chapter.
