Terri has over 30 years of IT experience, including 20+ years with the IBM i platform and Robot solutions. Her background includes hardware and system implementation, operations management, and help desk support. In her role as an instructor, Terri teaches online classes and travels to customer sites to provide onsite training and implementation services.
